As part of its commitment to engage with Canadians on emerging issues, the Competition Bureau has published a white paper on big data for public consultation.

Hmmm, Where is the White Paper, I say to myself. After some clicking here and there I found a link. Clicking on that gives

HTTP Error 404 - Not Found

Anybody have a link to the actual White Paper?
