of Canadian government operations. They did it! Now they want to help

Il y a dix ans, une communauté de gens tant à l'intérieur comme à
l'extérieur du gouvernement a décidé d'inclure le modèle d'affaires free
/ libre / ouvert dans le fonctionnement du gouvernement du Canada.
Travail accompli! Et maintenant ils veulent aider le gouvernement
fédéral à réduire la somme d'un milliard de dollars anuellement
vouée à l'achat, l'entretien et le développement de logiciels. Tout ce
qu'ils demandent c'est d'ouvrir le marché de tous les logiciels du
gouvernement. Sans aucune exception. Sans delai.
