I'd like to submit an application, would love to ask for anyone's

I think he's asking who _should_ be our rep, not who _is_ our rep....

I sent a note to the Community Data Program as they are a civil
society org and have been working with community groups since 1990 on making data accessible to community groups, they are not the coolest or the hippests but they have that community and social sector thing very well figure out. note one of the requirements - A list of organizations, names and
