Publishing dynamic data on ocpu.io

This person uses the term "dynamic data" when I think "dynamic format"
is more appropriate: the data is static. And I am not sure how well it
scales (the underlying technology).

But a simple model and system that might be useful for some data
providers, like small municipalities with small data sets...
