Sorry for responding to my own post but I just had an idea, what about setting
up a new domain, something like http://stop.computeraparthied.com ? We could
maintain a list of websites that violate the principle of open access based
on open standards. (Perhaps even http://explorerdestroyer.com would make the
list.)
