j'aime les deux language sur une page!  Mais comment faire! maybe
internal page links to french / english content? I think we will need
this for headings anyway, just did  not figure out how yet ;) But maybe
better to have a table for some regions, with bilingual cells where
possible, and it does get pretty unilingual outside some cities as
michael indicated.  Also, we may get into a fun situation and have cree
on the site!  My French is rough please help!
