i don't understand.  as in - one page in english - and one in french?
without translations?

unfortunately - the rest of canada (outside montreal) isn't as
bilingual as that.

but I do think we need to do more to make french not just the second
language.  that means at least some french names of pages, french
versions going first above english versions, etc.
