another suggestion:
why not change the name of the organization from:
*Citizens for Open Access to Civic Information and Data (COACID)/ Citoyen-ne-s pour l'Accès Libre à l'Information et aux Données Civiques
(CALIDC)

to:
*Civic Access/Accès citoyen (CAAC)

?
