I think links to projects is suitable.  The best place to get Cory's
scripts is doing to be his project site:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/howdtheyvote

It is enough that Cory is making all of this available on
SourceForge, and copying scripts to another place only means more
maintenance as the script quickly get updated.

We all just need to document things well, with Cory possibly making a
separate release package at some later point for the scripts which fill
in this contact information.  We'll want to help him with documentation
and other things to make what he releases more generally helpful.

Note: I haven't looked at the scripts yet, but checked a few new MPs and
found some missing information.  This makes me believe that it is not
pointing to the recently updated scripts on parl.gc.ca.

Two examples to look at are Paul Dewar and Peggy Nash, two people who
are first-timers in parliament.

If you start at
http://webinfo.parl.gc.ca/MembersOfParliament/MainMPsCompleteList.aspx?TimePeriod=Current&Language=E
and go into the MP name there is an email address (Including for Paul
and Peggy).  If you follow the riding name you get links to elections
Canada which contain the EDID.

The CSV file Cory sent out was missing email addresses for these people.

(Sorry, Cory, for not being on-the-ball as much as I had hoped.  My hope
was to be submitting feedback in the form of patches to script rather
than higher-level like this...)
