Yes, it would be difficult but not impossible and HomeZilla would be willing to hire a student to get started.
But, that would only work if we could openly share the data once it was completed.

Russel: I would love to know how many Postal Codes change each month as well.

There are nearly 800k postal codes, and some change every other month.
Not saying it's impossible, but it would a huge task.
