Okay... i'll get my act together and expose the How'd they vote  
API...  the only real stumbling block has been deciding on a schema.  
Thoughts?

I was going to cheat and simply provide a feed of parliamentarians and  
their vitals, gather feedback, and then repeat... but could go for  
votes, quotes, et al i guess :)
