Apathy is Boring has compiled a list of all the candidates running the quebec election and their email addresses.
It is not 100% complete yet but it is a good start.
I am happy to share that with your friend if that would be helpful.

It is a long and painful process, one which we do every election by searching on party websites etc.
If anyone has any ideas about how to more efficiently collect that information let me know we would REALLY appreciate it.
This currently eats up a lot of staff time.
