Um, it's ibelieveinopen.ca.  Open.  :-)  

And yes, I will be sharing the postal codes that the site legally collects. Although, as people have pointed out, it will inevitably be an incomplete set.

Goodness, I don't think this list has seen so much traffic in ages...
