The simple answer is: the prices are higher because there's less
competition.  Whether you're connecting via cellphone or "portable
Internet" (inukshuk), you're dealing with one of two or three
companies.  These three also control the largest wifi hotspot network
in Canada.

It makes Dave Dobbin look like a freedom fighter.  <smile>
