Hi Tracey,

Basically, this refers to being able to download or upload files and
browse the web - anything involving data transport that you would
normally do over the internet.

The same amount of browsing would cost you less than $100 in many
countries including Rwanda - but $375 here in Canada with Telus, or up
to $1600 with FIDO or Rogers.
