I hear he is going to appoint a technology tsar (a CTO or Chief Technology
Officer) as part of his cabinet who will be looking into many aspects of technology, government, net neutrality, etc. I would not be looking for too much at the change.gov site until that person is in place. If you check the links, it does not appear on the Change.gov site, but the
Barackobama.com site. I suspect the stuff here, has yet to be migrated to the Change.Gov site. The Barack Obama site does have a policy Document http://www.barackobama.com/pdf/issues/technology/Fact_Sheet_Innovation_and_T echnology.pdf So it is likely a matter of time before all the stuff is migrated.
