Hey gang!
I know not a Canadian thing, but some of what I have been thinking about. The context here is very different than it is in Canada, the government is still experiencing austerity measures and there is not much cash flow, nor is there a digital strategy and public service demographics are not attuned to this new way of working. It is also a Republic and not a federation, and it is more of a legalistic environment. There is however good will on behalf of the CTOs of state institutions to work together, and this Working Paper has received some positive attention so far.
