Team keeps getting kicked out of shared AI subscriptions

Desmond
I got paid subscriptions for some AI tools thinking they'd work for my team. But as soon as one person logs in, it kicks the other one out. I know there are corporate packages out there, but not every AI service even has those, and the ones that do charge way more money. Are there ways to run regular subscriptions on multiple computers at the same time?

Companies design their single-user plans to block exactly what you're trying to do, they want you paying for those expensive team licenses. The system detects when the same account logs in from different locations or devices and automatically boots one session. Some services are stricter than others, they'll even flag your account if they see weird login patterns. There are workarounds people use to get around the detection, mostly involving how you manage your browser sessions and connections. It's not foolproof but it can let multiple people access the same subscription without getting constantly logged out.

The thing is most platforms track your sessions pretty aggressively now, they look at your IP, device fingerprint, all that stuff. One login from New York, another from California five minutes later, their system knows something's up. You can read about browser session management here https://gologin.com/blog/browser-session-management/ . It explains how to handle multiple sessions without triggering those automatic logouts. Basically you create separate browser environments that look like different users to the platform, so your team can share access without the service catching on and blocking you.
