Thanks for sending this, Tracey. As someone who is not expert on what this means, I would really appreciate if experts could explain the significance of these cuts in layman's terms.
For example, the section on the Annual Oil Pipeline Survey:
Statistics Canada published the last release of the Annual Oil Pipeline Transport Survey on March 12, 2008. Since then, the data have continued to be used as an input into products of the System of National Accounts and made available to the public through the release of those products. The survey was discontinued on April 1, 2012.
At first reading, it sounds to me like Canada is no longer keeping track of oil pipelines. Can this be correct?
