what do people think? I agree that if we cannot maintain a wiki with integrity then we should close it. Perhaps the blog that Hugh was suggesting will be a suitable web presence for the group, although something with the basics on it would be most usefull. It is really difficult for me to chat up civic access with civil servants and data providers in some of the venues i attend and then send them to an unprofessional spam porno laden wiki.
Michael's suggestion was good regarding the blog to some extent, however it would be good to have a dedicated page or two on a website that represents at least the mandate, and the members of civicaccess.ca / COACID.
What do others think?
I can help with content but not with web set up. A nice logo would also be swish?
Cheers

I suggest that in the interim that the WIKI be closed so that the
existing site won't harm the reputation of our movement.
I've removed previous references to
http://civicaccess.ca/wiki/PostalCodes as it, like most pages on the
site, are just SPAM. The site should either require passwords for
editing or be closed. I understand that there isn't volunteer
resources at this point, which is why I'm recommending it be closed.
