Hi all, A few weeks ago I attended an OGP consultation in Ottawa. Afterwards I spoke with another participant about creating a shadow OGP action plan. I know that this has been done in other countries and that it has been an effective tool to influence proposed action plans. I just wanted to survey the list to see whether anyone else has thought, thinks it would be useful, or would be interested in putting something together. Hi Claire; Someone would have to take the lead. The folks here in Dublin have created a civil society OGP report, and Mary Francoli at Carleton did the Independent Review for Canada. Her report is worth reading.
