Hi Colleen,
With your consent I'm going to suggest to Jury that we can contribute to
the Canadian version of the Open Data Census.
We've done a bunch of this research already and will presumably end up
doing more to support our own operations. There would be some marginal
extra time required to format the results to fit their template, but it
would be a way that we could give back to the open data community and
get some cred and (hopefully) cooperation. We would only contribute in
areas that we're already actively researching - zoning, development,
business applications.
