Re: CivicAccess-discuss Digest, Vol 3, Issue 6

Joe Murray
I'm lurking on the list. I consult on electronic outreach strategy, design
and implementation for several NGOs, and for a national political party and
in several provinces with voters lists, and have been interested in seeing
more government data become freely available. I do some environmental
software development as well, and would be interested in seeing more
geographic information be made available for free. I've also help with
things like a Government of Canada cultural portal, and developing an
Aboriginal Information Technology Strategy for Ontario.

My wife, Lisa Austin, is an information law professor at the University of
Toronto with special experise in informational privacy (see
http://www.law.utoronto.ca/faculty_content.asp?profile=6&cType=facMembers&it
emPath=1/3/4/0/0).

Michael Lenczner
nice of you to de-lurk, joe.

it sounds like you're a pretty good balance in between the
academics/policy people and the geeks that we hope to attract to this
list ;-)

have you had a look around the wiki?  if so, any thoughts?
