This is great! It's what I've been wanting for Canada and you've gone  
and done it.

The next trick is to get MPs to proudly (or not) to display some of  
the results of this list on their website and include a link back to  
this site.

Is anyone in Canada working on something like this http://www.theyworkforyou.com/?

thanks! :-)  It definitely needs more work though.

I've met a few people who have taken a shot at developing something as
fully featured as TWFY over the last 4 years.  I know that we're
hoping to bring OurParliament to that stage.

Neil Eggsgard personally funded a project at:

theyworkforyou.ca

Beyond that, it seems it would be relatively easy to take the mySociety source as is and hook it up to appropriate feeds.  

I was considering doing this a few months ago as a VisibleGovernment.ca pilot, but the people that I was talking to as test markets didn't seem to get excited about it, so I started looking at other things.
