How can we impart to Canadians the benefits of Open Government ?  It may be necessary to engage individuals who are not online as they may be more interested in politics than not.  The TTC Riders Union in Toronto, I believe, benefited from having a Facebook component as well as an analog in-person townhall aspect to it.
