(Sorry for the cross-posting)
The QC gov is starting a hearings process for the FOI system a
little like what the feds did recently.
Clearly one of the most forward thinking minister on the
transparency and open data thing is M. Drainville who is in charge
of the FOI law. So if there are some Quebec residents here that
havent been reached by this news, please help us to underline the
need to improve the FOI process here!
