Sorry to be so curmudgeonly, people, but would you kindly remember not to quote more of the previous message(s) when replying than you need to?
The good reasons for this courtesy are:
1) not everyone has unlimited broadband and a multi-gig hard disk
2) even if they do, it's a waste of Internet resources (including non-renewable energy) to send multiple copies of what people have already read
3) it makes for more readable and useful digests.
Re: this last, Vol. 8 Issue 9 came in at 60k of which only 3k were actual content. (Perhaps it's as well to remember, too, that the "digestion" process strips out your HTML embellishments and any other attachments.)
Seems to me that caring about civic access also means paying attention to the little things that can make a big difference to some citizens.
