Page Scraping

We have a page on a variety of technological approaches and tools of use
for our endeavours.

I created a place holder on the tech page
(http://civicaccess.ca/wiki/Tech) for "page scraping"

could some of you fill that spot in with a definition and some examples
or links to code or whatever you think would be suitable.

Also, if you see stuff that should be there - go nuts!

done.  i linked to the wikipedia page on screenscraping.  and added a
link to dapper - which is a neat tool to create rss feeds from
websites that don't have them.
