Open511 v0.9 is out

Dear list,

I am continuing the list of GeoConnections funded project (after Clipol)
with the release of version 0.9 of open511: http://open511.org/

Version 0.9 means that it's the version "implementation ready"
version... the path to version 1.0 will be the changes needed while
developing the first complete implementation.

We have a 80% ready browsable online implementation :
http://dev.open511.ca/api/ (Open source:
https://github.com/opennorth/open511). The Metropolitan Transportation
Commission (San francisco bay area) is also working on an implementation.

If this is of any interest for the people here, we also start discussing
about the governance of the spec:
