question-answer site. For software developers like myself, I use it
many times a day to resolve difficult technical issues. It is used and
depended on by programmers and other IT people to such an exten that
the question was asked: "Has Stack Overflow saved billions of dollars
in programmer productivity?" by "John Carmack is a reknown developer
and CTO"
