About sending links - I'm not sure that one at a time works.  Depends
on how much traffic people are up for.

If you'd like more links on open data (who doesn't?), VisibleGovernment will be launching a link farm site shortly at http://opendatalinks.com.

The website pulls in links tweeted on twitter tags like #opendata and #opendatalinks, and allows an editor to do some basic categorization based on topic and geography.

For now, the links in our collection are also exported to delicious:
