New open data set for city council

City opens Council data: http://www.edmonton.ca/city_government/news/city-opens-council-data.aspx

This adds to the 100+ data sets in the Edmonton catalogue. Voting records was identified as a top requested topic for citizens using UserVoice to recommend data sets about a year ago. I hope there will be good mash-ups of issue/votes records.
