There it is! I was waiting for this. First cancel things, cut budgets for things, then question their quality, then access data outside of gov, then create a private sector windfall. This is what we did for healthcare in the last 25 years, now it is being done with data production.
Don't get me wrong, there are many things the private sector does really well and should do, but there are some things the government should have control over.
the kijiji scandal is just the icing on the cake!
