Looking for open data activists in Toronto

Hello. I’m trying to reach open data people in Toronto (not government or city hall) who can speak about the city’s adoption of the Open311 standard – what changed, what improved.

 

This would be for a series of reports about Montreal’s own 311 system, to compare it to Toronto’s experience.
