Every time these announcements come out just before a major holiday, i begin smelling fishes! And then i realize how little i know about how gov works. What is more interesting is how small the fanafare is with these appointments. See the Ceo's bio, he split Cp into a data analytics direct marketing shop and a physical delivery shop. http://www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mc/aboutus/corporate/management/president/default.jsf and that is why the postal code files are sold back to us! So the gov creates a crown corp and then has to purchase back its services to finance it and also appoints ceos and board members?
The census and this is going to radically change the shape of canada! ireland privatized everything, and it ain't pretty, watch out Canada! Good night now!
