in place some dashboards to track spendings. The article attacks those
dashboard saying that they are a form a "digital disinformation" where
results are tweaked in order to get better results. Obviously, the data
behind the dashboard is not available like it would be on recovery and
usaspending.gov (which is not prefect but at least provide raw values).
