All you have to do to see a hidden LinkedIn profile is sign out of your account and remove your cookies. Or just use incognito mode. They just block signed in users from seeing other users in order to drive paid membership.

Having read a bit more of the report, it's important to clarify exactly what numbers came from Genesis. Genesis did a public opinion poll asking Canadians about their use of mailing products, levels of satisfaction, expectations, comparison to private couriers, opinions about policy ideas, etc.
The results are given in chapter 5, and they show a wide diversity of opinions from Canadians about Canada Post. For example, the figure below is a perfectly even division of opinion. Whereas the conference board argument for cancelling door service is mostly economic, the
data from Genesis contributes by saying Canadians are not strongly attached to their mail service, and we have covered our bases by verifying this with a nice poll. But given the context of the report and the Mr. Crapper's affiliation with the party, it's conceivable
