Michael, while in theory true my sense is the ideas coming out of this could up scaling or transferring well. Or least any outputs would deserve an exploration about the possibilities of export/transfer to cities in canada..

Agreed. However what I meant by my remark is that the chances of someone winning for a project which was initially focussed on Canada would probably be smaller. Which is a bummer.
