Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick win. I’ve been trying to set up a private "finsta" for research without linking my personal data, but IG’s 2026 AI is brutal—I kept getting "Invalid Email" or just never got the code.
Turns out, most old-school disposable providers are blacklisted now because of low-trust domains. After some testing, I found that using a high-quality Temp Mail for Instagram is the only way to bypass their filters. I used tempemail.cc[
https://www.tempemail.cc/] (their domains seem to have a better reputation/MX records) and the code landed in about 10 seconds.
Two things I learned to avoid the "Phone Verification" trap:
1、Switch to mobile data (5G) instead of a VPN/WiFi.
2、Use a "natural" looking username for the email, not random gibberish.
