This just got updated on the Tresaury Board Secretariat's page:
"Since January 31, 2012, all departments and agencies have been proactively posting
the summaries of completed access to information requests. **By June 30, 2012, all Crown
Corporations and Shared Governance Corporations will also be posting this information**"
Previously, the page had read "Starting April 1, 2011, all departments and agencies will work diligently to proactively release summaries of the texts of completed access to information requests." I guess they only really starting working diligently January 31, 2012?
