FYI, Elections PEI now publishes its information under a license similar to the UK Government's Open Government License for Public Sector Information, which BC and Toronto have also modified: http://www.electionspei.ca/api/license/ I had made the suggestion to the chief electoral officer as part of Open North's Represent project: http://represent.opennorth.ca/
