Somehow the top 3 are not the top 3 on the home page! The Reinstate our Census Long Form aka Questionnaire 2Bat 301 votes does not appear in the top three on the site whileOpen

Hmm. So is that why the deadline was extended? Because on Thursday, the
home page showed the census idea in the top 3. Demoting it from the
home page for a week would certainly give the other ideas a chance to
re-take the top spots.

I think they extended it because their voting system was broken for a couple of days.
What worries me is their broken algorithm which is taking one of Clement's thorns off the first page! There is no reason why the census item is not on the first page, and it should be number 2, and the open data one, number 3. Looks like the super computer folks are number 1. Someone or two on the list might one to ask them what is up with that! Cheers t On Sun, Jul 11, 2010 at 9:11 PM, Shawn Simister <[hidden email]> wrote:

Peggy;
It is important that you give them a call and send them a note in writing. Other's may want to do the same. This is incredibly odd indeed. hmmm! data gerrymandering! Just like the no evidence on the privacy issue. Cheers t On Sun, Jul 11, 2010 at 10:40 PM, Peggy Taillon <[hidden email]> wrote:
