Community Data Program will be going to OGP in Brazil

I just got home and discovered the good news that Harvey Low was
awarded full funding to attend the Open Government Partnership meeting
in Brazil.  He will be representing Canadian Civil Society as part of
the Canadian Council on Social Development and the Community Data
Program.

Harvey will be sending a note to the list tomorrow to introduce
himself.  We will also be convening a conference call.  If any of you
would like to join in on the call let me know so that I may work out
scheduling.  Multiple POVs from different communities is key.
