Hello all,

 

I just wanted to invite you all once again…but, this time, to www.citizenbridge.org where you can navigate through the Canadian Democracy.

The CitizenBridge team has created a platform where the public can get a better understanding of their representative’s tireless work on committees, show their support (or opposition) on Bills currently in the House of Commons and Senate, and post their perspectives on how those Bills would affect them and their community.

 

We will eventually also be providing Representative tools such as online townhalls and personalized greetings/messages.  But, in the meantime, don’t hesitate to sign up and give us your feedback.

Hi all:

FYI - I will be presenting on behalf of the Canadian Council on Social Development (as a civil society rep at the OGP meeting in Brazil), at Citizenbridge's "Evening on Gov 2.0" event on May 16 at Toronto City Hall. I will be presenting my thoughts on the OGP meeting, the Canadian landscape on OG/OG that Tracey Lauriault and I prepped for the OGP meeting, and some possible next steps for all to consider. Looking forward to the event Richard!
