of community authored data and research (e.g., mashups, dbases, VGI,
etc.) and their potential. These kinds of discussions might help us
in open data in Canada to think of data quality, the quality of apps,
and a potential next step such as how to give data back to cities,
provinces and feds. Can portals accomondate that kind of process?
How to make our data available to others. Also, how to move beyond a
one off app, and move toward evidence-based policy making and
engagement.
