Apparently Canada had two representatives:
Mr. Richard DICERNI, Deputy Minister, Industry Canada Ms. Jennifer STODDART, Privacy Commissioner http://www.oecd.org/document/41/0,3343,en_21571361_38415463_40368681_1_1_1_1,00.html I hope they'll be working to change some of Canada's policies. Yes i understand you unimpressedness, however in the context of the UK which has the most regressive cost recovery policies in europe, and has unfortunately led many nations in its direction over the years, this is absolutely ground breaking.
