Addition of "Criticisms" to "Open Data in Canada" wikipedia page

I just added a "Criticisms" section to the "Open Data in Canada" wikipedia page:
 https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Open_Data_in_Canada#Criticisms

I'd like some feedback on its fairness.
Yes, I reference my own blog entry, as there has been very little
discussion (that _I_ have seen) on this topic.
