Hello Everyone,

This is another reminder for A11yYOW, Ottawa's First Accessibility
Unconference. It's really starting to shape up, but wanted to put in a
few last minute reminders for http://a11yyow.ca

1) Make sure to be ready for a 9:00am start on Friday.  Registration
starts at 8:30 then and will include coffee, but it is important to keep
the event on time.  It'll be a full day looks like:

8:30 Registration/Coffee - Councillors Lounge
9:00 Unconference Intro & Session Planning
10:15 First Session
11:15 Second Session
12:15 Lunch
1:15 Third Session
2:15 Fourth Session
3:15 Coffee Break
3:45 Final Session/Plenary

2) Jennison Asuncion (@Jennison) - the most passionate Unconference
promoter I know - will be coming up from Toronto for the day and be
providing a great introduction to intro the Unconference movement and why
it's so important to the field of accessibility.  He's also going
to be starting off session planning for the day.

3) We're happy to announce that Accessibil-IT is launching two new
exciting PDF Accessibility Solutions - http://accessibilit.com

4) Remember to Tweet about the event using the #a11yyow hashtag. We want
folks to know about this event, before, during and after it's
happened.

5) Other Event Reminders:

  a) The City of Ottawa's Accessibility Days will be held on December
9th as we've already announced, but the registration deadline is this
Thursday -

  b) On January 19th look for the The New Standard on Web Accessibility:
WCAG 2.0, with David Berman -
