1. Should provincial/territorial government representatives provide correct information, rather than incorrect information, to be used to determine equalization/transfer payments?

2. Should there be deterrents to discourage provincial/territorial government representatives from falsifying reports to be used to determine equalization/transfer payments?

3. Should provincial/territorial public service providers who raise concerns about incorrect information be reinstated and have “dismissed for insubordination” removed from their record?
