I'm going, and recommend it for others as well. There will be
business and technical track. My manager at current job will be going
to business track, so I'll be able to compare notes.
Not so much civic-access, but hope that some of the business track
will talk about the business and public policy motivations that some
have for delaying (Hint: Network Address Translation makes one more of
a "consumer" rather than participant on Internet).
